The ping is not their fault (although it's not the first time the undersea cable has been damaged and how much would it cost them to have an Antipodean server?) but their complete disregard for the player base has soured my opinion of them. Civilised discussion is generally preferred but I think the OP's frustration with the game is shared by a lot of players, some of whom have already quit the game.
